Eighteen Hours Daily of Drudgery & Work
Male labor serves two purposes: ease of the superior gender; enjoyment of masculine exhaustion.
The pipe from stream to house is hidden. As is the well. They are used only during interludes when Mistress has no male.
Mistress Gina’s ample property encloses mostly infertile soil. Patches are rocky. An inhospitable environment is an excellent location for labor slavery.
An ardent female supremacist, she believes the inferior gender’s role is to labor for the benefit of women. Forced a man to work without purpose, men must face their insignificance.
Rural isolation escapes the attention of busybodies. Her use of men is often illegal. Laws that will die the day global female supremacy begins.
When her slave wakes, he puts the carrying yoke over his shoulders. For at least two hours he totes wooden buckets of water to the house.
His pathway is dense with rough stones. They cut his feet. Some mornings, Mistress Owner encourages him with her lash. He never knows when she will trip him. To her, his dirty bruises are jokes that never grow stale.
Household chores are the least of his workload.
Little grass grows but weeds are plentiful. Weedeaters send rocks flying. Many scars memorialize their violent passage. The plastic lines require frequent repair.
When a weedeater breaks, Mistress Gina punishes him.
In warm weather, he gardens. Desperate tomatoes, desiccated squash, stillborn potatoes are the only outcome of hours of daily labor.
Unwashed, the pathetic produce adds unwelcome flavor to his slave slop.
He passes the last third of his day pulverizing rocks. Servitude’s only value is the amusement it affords his Mistress Owner.
His labors end at Mistress Gina’s bedtime.
She leads the slave to a heavy metal pole. He sleeps chained in the yard. Insects treat him as a playground. Rain emphasizes his helpless subjugation to a woman’s will.
Mistress never sleeps more than six hours. So, neither does he.
She rarely talks to him. But he knows his filthiness and weariness give her pleasure he can never understand.
